LIABILITY WAIVER & RIDE POLICY

1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

"By participating in an expedition hosted by EMBERPASSBIKE, you acknowledge that motorcycle riding in alpine terrain involves inherent risks, including but not limited to unpredictable weather, challenging road conditions, and the physical demands of high-altitude riding. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with these activities."

2. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY & ELIGIBILITY

"Every rider is responsible for their own safety and the legal operation of their motorcycle. Participants must hold a valid motorcycle license and have sufficient experience for alpine passes. EMBERPASSBIKE provides hosting and logistical support but does not act as a driving instructor or legal guardian. You agree to follow all Swiss traffic laws (SVG) at all times."

3. INSURANCE & EQUIPMENT

"Participants are required to maintain their own comprehensive health, accident, and third-party liability insurance. EmberPassBike does not provide personal insurance coverage. Proper protective riding gear is mandatory for all expeditions."

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

"To the maximum extent permitted by Swiss law, EMBERPASSBIKE and its operators shall not be liable for any personal injury, property damage, or financial loss incurred during or after an expedition. Our liability is limited to gross negligence or willful intent regarding the services explicitly described in our agreement."

5. LUGGAGE TRANSPORT

"While we take the utmost care in handling your belongings during our private luggage transport, EMBERPASSBIKE is not liable for minor wear and tear or unforeseen damages during transit. We recommend high-quality, weather-resistant luggage for all tours."
